In a negotiation to purchase your home, a Buyer may ask you to pay their Broker's commission or they may ask for a "Seller's Credit" for closing cost assistance. A Buyer may use that closing cost savings to offset fees owed to their Broker. We have no control over that Buyer request or how they ultimately use those saved funds. A Seller may always accept or refuse this Buyer request as part of the negotiation.
